I bet you’ve been wondering which Bird & Blend cold brew tea would pair perfectly with a book. Because why wouldn’t you? A tasty book needs a tasty pairing.
Bird & Blend are a B-Corp which means they do good stuff as well as tasting amazing. It’s my go to for teas and matcha and I think you’re going to love them too. You can find everything from the article and more through my affiliate link here.
Here are some of my favourite pairings, with books linked to Bookshop.org:
Strawberry Lemonade. Especially good with lemonade, she’s fruity and sweet. I’d recommend a romance like Highly Suspicious and Unfairly Cute by Talia Hibbert for this tea.
Mojitea. She’s refreshing and bold, I love this minty blend of green tea, peppermint and lime. Fundamentally by Nussaibah Younis is the book for this tea for it’s vibrant storytelling and array of characters.
Deckchair dreaming. If you love the floral fragrances of a herbal tea, then deckchair dreaming is for you. With it’s whimsical flair, I’d recommend Watermoon by Samantha Sotto Yambao.
Peach Soda. Light and sweet, I love this with lots of ice and mint. This tea needs something tender and beautiful so I’d recommend Overspill by Charlotte Paradise for this tea.
Champagne Supernova. You’ll recognise the name, this is the Manchester blend and is fruity and spiced, perfect with ginger beer. The Sunbearer Trials by Aiden Thomas feels like a great match for this tea.
Ginger Beer. Based on a rooibos tea, this is packed full of punch. This tea I’m matching with For Such A Time as This by Shani Akilah for its powerful prose in this short story collection.

Happy sipping!
