About The Bookish Mindset
The Bookish Mindset began as a page on Instagram during the pandemic in 2020. Owner Nikki had been a bookworm from a young age and adored the incredible bookish community that the app offers. Sharing recommendations and helping people find incredible books was always her passion.
In February 2021 The Bookish Mindset launched a book subscription service which focused on diverse writings, supported an independent bookshops and small businesses from across the UK. In December 2022 the subscriptions had run their course and the subscription service closed it’s doors.
The Bookish Mindset continued as a page on Instagram providing diverse book reviews and a range of other bookish content, while behind the scenes, work had began on the re-launch of the business. Almost three year’s since it’s concept, in November 2023 a set of new services were launched for The Bookish Mindset’s rebirth:
– A personalised recommendation service
– A brand new website full of blogs and more
– A Patreon site full of exclusive and behind the scenes content
– A range of professional services
These new services were curated with the reader in mind and all answer the question of what more can The Bookish Mindset bring to the bookish community.
The goal never changed between a simple Instagram account and the business you now know; the goal remains to provide brilliant books recommendations, whilst sharing incredible diverse authors and other bookish joy with you.
