If you’ve been around for a while then you’ll know that romances are some of my favourites. They’re my comfort reads, my safe place and often move me more than any other genre.
So let me share some of my favourites so far this year. Just tap on the titles to get more info from Bookshop.org and to support my work.
Sweet Heat – Bolu Babalola. A second chance romance with so much depth and grief, make sure you catch Honey and Spice first!
Tusk Love – Thea Gunzon. Adorable grumpy/sunshine trope between and orc and a human on a quest.
Rebel Hearts – Tanya Byrne. A YA romance centring two climate activists, it’s super cute!
Sweet Obsession – Katee Robert. The latest in the Dark Olympus series featuring Poseidon and Icarus. Definitely start with Neon Gods.
Flirting with Disaster – Naina Kumar. A gorgeous second chance romance after a drunken Vegas wedding doesn’t quite line with the couples life trajectoris.
That Time I Got Drunk and Saved a Demon – Kimberley Lemming. This was fun and silly and I’ll definitely be picking up the next in the series.
Have you planned to pick any of these up? I’d love to know!
