Review:

Meena and Nikhil got married on a drunk night in Vegas. Years later and long after they split, they still haven’t got divorced. But now it’s something Meena really needs sorting. And quickly. So she’s back in Houston to get it sorted.

What she didn’t bargain for was hurricane season 💨

I had a feeling that after reading Say You’ll Be My Jaan that Naina Kumar would be an author that I’d add to my auto buy list, but I always like to check with two books just to be sure of that status. I can now confidently confirm Naina Kumar is now said list and I’m overjoyed.

This book is bursting with the deep love that made me fall in love with the genre. It’s the kind of connections and relationships you feel deep in your soul and it’s so beautiful to read.

Meena and Nikhil are kinda messy and imperfect and it makes for an engaging read. I was rooting for them from the start.

Minor spoilers, maybe? I love when second chance romances don’t involve any cheating and toxicity with current parters. Kumar spun the story beautifully and I really appreciated that.

Also, petition for every romance to have an epilogue/X years later chapter please? They’re the perfect ending and I won’t hear any different.

I loved it and romance fans need this on their shelves please.
