Welcome to the 2025 Bookish Bingo!

I’m launching a six month reading competition in the form of a bingo sheet to help you either smash through your TBR or help diversify your book shelves, the goal is up to you.

The competition is open January 1st and will run June 30th and to be in with a chance of winning some incredible prizes, you’ll need to read nine books that fit with the prompts. Books can be in any format!

The prompts, in no order, are:

• A book that has been on your bookshelf for too long
• A book with indigenous rep
• A debut novel
• An author you’ve not read before
• A book from your local library
• A book with disability rep
• A book with trans rep
• A book you’re really excited for
• A book that’s recommended from a friend

You can complete them in any order and read any amount per month. The only rule is that you hit all nine prompts by June 30th. To enter, all you need to do is to be following me on Instagram and tag me in your story when you have a complete set.

I’ve got some story templates on an Instagram highlight to keep track and tag me as you go, I’d love to see what you’re reading. If you’re posting about it too it would be awesome to tag me and use the #2025bookishbingo so we can all follow each other.

Anyone who completes the challenge will be entered into the prize draw to a wonderful bookish bundle. The prizes so far include:
